Providing a metal-free pathway for formulations, the All Plastic Airless Bottle is compatible with 3 varieties
of all plastic springs including silicone, TPE and PP. In the absence of a conventional metal spring,
the risk of unwanted reactions to metal is prevented, keeping your product intact.
Combining the benefits of an all-plastic pathway with airless protection creates the ideal pack for skincare and cosmetic markets.
The patented bottle is produced using PP material, giving the pack a high recyclability rate and
helping brands meet their own sustainable development goals. The pack is also available incorporating
Post Consumer Recycled materials for an extra eco-friendly step.
In addition to pack's advanced features, Sun-Rain can ensure a reliable and functional bottle
all around having undergone stability testing including 3000 Compression Fatigue testing.
Design-wise, Sun-Rain has created a sleek and professional look, using distinctive curves
for a modern and comfortable smooth pump head.

1) Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
2) What is the normal lead time ?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received your 30% deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
3) What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from port.
4) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
5) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
